We are an out-of-network dental provider and are not contracted with insurance companies. However, we are happy to submit claims to dental PPO insurance plans on your behalf as a courtesy.
Your insurance benefits and coverage are determined by your individual insurance plan. While we assist with submitting claims, we cannot guarentee payment of coverage.
